- monochrome, no background, messy
- toneless (☆) or with minimal shading (♪)! you're not allowed to ask a third party to "color/finish a sketch to turn it into a full illustration" (or use it as a "coloring book" picture) and modify it anyhow else. and you're not allowed to do it by yourself.

line

- no coloring, no shading, accurate and clean
- line itself can be any color you want
- background:
• fill/gradient/simple pattern = free
(note that your character won't be "separated" from the bg)
• scene = ×! you're not allowed to ask a third party to "color a line to turn it into a full illustration" (or use it as a "coloring book" picture) and modify it anyhow else. and you're not allowed to do it by yourself.

you: hello! I want a chibi fullbody full rendered picture... there's supposed to be two characters, they hold hands and there's a night sky on the background with forest, as if they're in the forest at night.
me: sure, it's 75% of (30$ for the first character + 75%(=22,5$) for the second) + 40% of ch1+ch2 for the background) = 75% of 73,5$ = 60,375$.. well, 60,35$!

terms of use

- too much detailed architecture (like.. The Eiffel Tower or any other overcomplicated buildings; castles and such), if it supposed to be the main focus. I can draw a part of it with proper references provided by you tho= By agreeing to commission artwork, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions: =1. usage rights- the commissioned artwork is for personal use only. you are not allowed to use the artwork for commercial purposes (ex: creating merchandise, re-selling the artwork, etc) without obtaining my permission. commission for commercial use would be more pricey and it should be discussed individually for each case.- using the artwork for your pfps, banners, in posts, as gifts for you friends is okay with proper crediting me (username in the description is enough).- editing/altering the artwork as well as erasing or cropping my sign is prohibited. (exception: you have to crop it to use as pfp for example. in this case it's okay, just credit my username in your bio/status/etc)2. artist's rights- I'm allowed to use your commission in my portfolio as example of my artworks and post it in any social media with "commission" watermark and your username on it, unless you state the opposite. I ask you "can I post the commission" every time we work with each other tho! you have a right to tell me not to post it if you want to keep it private as well as ask me to postpone posting if it's a gift that you don't want me to spoil.3. AI, NFTs, and such- It is strictly prohibited to use my artwork for cryptocurrency-related purposes, including NFTs (non-fungible tokens), blockchain-based assets, or training/generating AI models.I'm allowed to change tos or add new rules any time. they wouldn't apply to the artworks commissioned before the changes. I will inform you that I changed something in the tos if we have already worked before^^

payment

- I require 50% after approving the sketch and 50% after I finish the work. you can pay 100% upfront if it's more comfortable for you tho
- for international payment: I use lavatop for payment. this is a mediator-site, you can pay with Paypal or card through it! the only one inconvenience is that you have to put your email to verify operation, so be ready. I only accept usd dollar! ($)
- for payment within russia: сбп (сбер, втб)I DON'T accept refunds. never. even if I haven't started working on your commission yet but you already paid – NO. this is due to difficulties with payment in my country so, please, keep that in mind^^= fixes =- you can ask for minor changes during the whole work process (ex: change eyes color, some details in clothing, finger position etc), but as soon as I send you the final piece with "if there's any mistakes tell me" question and you accepted it, replying that everything is alright, I consider the work finished and don't accept any fixes after that
- all major changes should be done on the sketching step. after you approved the sketch no more major changes are accepted (ex: drastically change characters' hairstyle or leg position)
- if I already sent you a final sketch, i don't accept "full conception change" anymore. the pose, the background, the amount of characters – everything should be discussed before I start working. if you want to change the idea drastically after I already made a clean sketch, you have to pay for it as if you'd commissioned a sketch.
- sometimes I send you more than one sketch, trying to figure out the idea or suggesting you to choose one of them. you don't have to pay extra for it, this is my workflow^^''= deadline =- 3+ days for sketch and line
- 5+ days for flat color
- 7+ days for full render= how I send you the final piece? =- I use google drive for it. if it's not comfortable for you, you can suggest your method. tho it should be mentioned beforehand.
I can delete the filie from my google drive after some time, so be sure to save it to yourself! i try not to delete anything, but sometimes shit happens, y'know. if you lost the picture, feel free to dm me, probably I still have it on my tablet!- I'm more used to communicate through Instagram for international communication and through telegram or vk for russian communication. tho I also have a discord account and email if it's more comfortable for you
